什么是 IP warm-up

IP warm-up is the gradual ramp-up of sending volume from a new IP or domain so mailbox providers build positive reputation. You start with tens of emails a day to your most engaged subscribers and double volume while metrics stay healthy.
Blasting a large volume from a cold IP almost guarantees spam folder or blocking. Warm-up takes 2–4 weeks and is driven by engagement — opens and clicks matter more than the calendar.
