What counts as one email?

Every individual recipient of a message counts as one email, whether it is a transactional receipt or one copy of a newsletter. Web push and SMS are counted separately from your email allowance.

What happens if I go over my plan?

We never silently cut you off. You can enable pay-as-you-go overage at a clear per-thousand rate, or we will nudge you to upgrade — your sends keep flowing either way.

Can I change plans whenever I want?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Changes are prorated, so you only ever pay for what you use.

Is the secure encrypted mailbox really included?

It is. Every paid plan includes zero-access encrypted mailboxes on yourtrend.online, and even the Free plan comes with one. It is part of the platform, not a bolt-on.

Do I need my own sending IP?

Not to start — shared IPs are carefully managed and work well for most senders. A dedicated IP is included with the Enterprise plan for high-volume, brand-controlled reputation.

Are there annual discounts?

Yes. Pay yearly and get two months free on every paid tier. Non-profits and early-stage startups can apply for additional credits.
