Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of YourTrend (the “Service”), operated by YourTrend. By creating an account or sending through the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

YourTrend provides transactional and bulk email, SMS and web-push delivery, related tooling, and an optional end-to-end encrypted mailbox. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Acceptable use

You may send only to recipients who have a lawful basis to receive your messages. You must not send spam, phishing, malware, or content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes others’ rights. See our Anti-spam Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys and credentials secure. Paid plans require a valid payment method; fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Deliverability

We authenticate your mail with DKIM/SPF/DMARC and maintain sending infrastructure, but we do not guarantee inbox placement, which depends on receiving providers, your list quality and your reputation.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm deliverability for other customers, or pose legal or security risk.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourTrend is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
