Permission
Send only to recipients who gave you permission or with whom you have a genuine, lawful relationship. Purchased, scraped or rented lists are prohibited.
Unsubscribe
Every bulk message includes one-click unsubscribe (RFC 8058) and must honour opt-outs promptly. We suppress unsubscribed and complaining addresses automatically.
Identification
Do not use false headers, misleading subject lines or deceptive “from” addresses. Include a valid physical or business identity where required by law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
Enforcement
High complaint or bounce rates, or reports of abuse, may lead to throttling, suspension or termination. Report abuse to abuse@yourtrend.online.
