This Policy explains how YourTrend handles personal data. We act as a processor for the recipient data you upload, and as a controller for your account data.
Data we process
- Account data — name, email, company, billing details.
- Recipient data — contacts and message content you send through the Service, processed on your instructions.
- Usage & delivery data — logs, opens, clicks, bounces and complaints used to operate and secure the Service.
Encrypted mailbox
For the end-to-end encrypted mailbox we operate a zero-access model: message bodies are encrypted on your device and we cannot read them. See the Security page.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the Service (hosting, payments), under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and delivery logs for a limited period for deliverability and abuse-prevention, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR), you may access, correct, export or delete personal data. Contact privacy@yourtrend.online.
